  • Overview

    Configuration Management architects and administers the System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) application for all client and server devices. Responsible for workstation OS, software, patch deployment, SQL Reporting and creating custom dashboards to display the overall health of the enterprise environment. Serves at the tier-three support for instructing staff on the proper use of the systems and applications. Around 10 Images across 3 enclaves must be maintained.


    *Shall design, test, implement, install, configure, and administer desktop operating systems, Windows Server, and SCCM.

    *Shall maintain Standard Desktop image in accordance with DOD IA standards.

    *Shall monitor, respond, and coordinate incident and request ticket remediation.

    *Shall assist and lead deployment and design projects.

    *Shall develop server scripts for the purpose of executing repeatable tasks.

    *Shall plan and implement Enterprise desktop operating systems and application distribution systems.

    *Shall package and deploy applications and patches throughout the Enterprise.

    *Shall automate processes and tasks through scripts.

    *Shall utilize Active Directory in a distributed environment.

    *Shall troubleshoot problems and resolve them within 2 hours of first notified. 


    • Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance
    • Candidate shall collectively demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in the following areas: High-level analysis of SCCM server and client issues, package creation and delivery, report creation and generation, Windows Management Interface (WMI), and infrastructure expansion  
    • Candidate shall demonstrate five (5) years of experience working with the following scripting languages: PowerShell, SQL, and VBScript.
    • Candidate shall meet IAT level III compliance per DOD 8570
