    DataPath is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner who will manage and conduct full lifecycle recruitment for all open positions and be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success for the Global Tactical Advanced Communications Systems (GTACS) field services program in support of the U.S. Army.  This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. This individual will play a critical role to ensure that DataPath hires the best possible talent to support the mission and to fulfill and comply with contractual staffing requirements for the GTACS program.  This position requires strong leadership and business acumen to ensure that mission requirements and DataPath corporate objectives are being satisfied. 

    Responsibilities

    • Full lifecycle recruitment including, but not limited to, identifying and understanding hiring requirements; sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates; providing candidate feedback; short listing candidates, verification of documents/screening results, offer preparation and delivery, and on-boarding.
    • Proactively search for candidates to maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants; develop pool of qualified applicants for field services positions.
    • Create, implement and manage staffing, recruiting and interviewing plans.
    • Develop and maintain excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of GTACS staffing requirements.
    • Create/revise job descriptions and ensure compliance with GTACS contract requirements.
    • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
    • Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), review references and background information, and make recommendation for employment.
    • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
    • Establish a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
    • Coordinate and manage interview itineraries for candidates and interviewers.
    • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the applicant tracking system.
    • Prepare and deliver offer packages to potential employees.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws relating to recruitment and selection process.
    • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
    • Attend local professional meetings and membership development meetings.
    • Coordinate and/or participate in special projects as needed. 
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Competencies

    • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
    • 5+ years of Department of Defense and/or government contract recruiting experience highly preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience, or in lieu of education 15+ years of experience.
    • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
    • Effective oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
    • Proven ability to exercise discretion, independent judgment, tact and diplomacy when making decisions and interacting with employees, contractors, visitors, vendors and customers.
    • Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees, contractors, visitors, vendors and customers.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Skills in database management and record keeping.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
    • Must be a self-starter with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience with Internet recruiting and using a variety of sourcing methods required.
    • Former military experience is a plus.
