DataPath is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner who will manage and conduct full lifecycle recruitment for all open positions and be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success for the Global Tactical Advanced Communications Systems (GTACS) field services program in support of the U.S. Army. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. This individual will play a critical role to ensure that DataPath hires the best possible talent to support the mission and to fulfill and comply with contractual staffing requirements for the GTACS program. This position requires strong leadership and business acumen to ensure that mission requirements and DataPath corporate objectives are being satisfied.
